GENERAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- No refund.
- Each item only be exchanged once.
- All exchanges are at the sole discretion of the Management and will be based on current store prices and merchandise of an equivalent value
- The Management reserves the right to assess the age and condition of returned/defective merchandise before performing any repair or exchange
- The Management reserves the right to amend its store policies and term & conditions for promotional and special project item(s) without prior notice.
- The item to be exchanged must have the same or larger value from the original item. No change will be given if the exchanged item has less value than the original item.
- Customer can only exchange eligible item(s) at the location where they purchased the item(s).
- Items must not be washed, worn, damaged, or have strange odor.
- All item(s) must be attached with original tags & box (if any)
- Customer must be able to provide original receipt from CONGTRIincluding the item(s).
Exchange policy is not applicable for markdown item(s), or item(s) purchased from Private Sale & Black Friday.
